Booking and cancellation terms
Bookings are BINDING! An appointment can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours in advance, either by phone or via the link in the e-mail you receive when you book online; otherwise the deposit is forfeited in full. If the booking deposit has not been paid, it will be charged retrospectively. The cancellation fee depends on the price of the service and is now shown directly in the booking system as the booking deposit.
