What is maderotherapy?

Maderotherapy, or wood therapy, is a massage technique using specially designed wooden tools (rollers, vacuum cups) of various sizes and shapes. Maderotherapy balances energy and reduces stress. It is mainly used to firm and contour the body and skin, reduce fat and fight cellulite.

This massage technique comes from Latin America, specifically Colombia, and was developed in the 1990s. It is a 100% natural, non-invasive method. Correct use of the anatomically designed wooden tools with appropriate pressure boosts the breakdown of fatty and fibrous cellulite. Maderotherapy stimulates blood circulation and lymph drainage and speeds up metabolism.

It delivers fast, visible results in body shaping, losing centimetres and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

How often should it be repeated?

For the best results, repeat visits are recommended - massages work best when done regularly. Depending on skin sensitivity and the extent of cellulite, maderotherapy can be done 2-3 times a week, as your schedule allows. Results are visible after just 3 to 5 sessions. The recommended course is 5-10 sessions, and after a full course you can continue with maintenance sessions once every 4-6 weeks.

Contraindications for maderotherapy

● colds and symptoms of an infectious/bacterial illness (runny nose, cough...)

● not recommended during the first days of your period

Lymphatic massage

The lymphatic system is a key part of the immune system. Lymph, a clear body fluid, carries waste products, excess water and toxins away from the tissues. When its flow slows down, swelling, fatigue or weakened immunity can appear.

Manual lymphatic drainage (lymphatic massage) is a special, gentle technique that supports the healthy flow of lymph. It uses slow, precisely guided movements in specific directions, relieving the lymphatic system, improving metabolism and strengthening immune function.

Lymphatic massage is recommended for:
