This whitening method is suitable even for people with exposed tooth necks, sensitive teeth, periodontal disease, tooth decay, cracks or other enamel defects, as well as for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The method is completely gentle and has none of the side effects of peroxide-based whitening gels - such as increased tooth sensitivity, burnt gums, cold sores, toothache and so on.

How a teeth whitening session works:

The session takes 30-50 minutes on average.

Before we start, we determine the current shade of your teeth so that we can assess the final result, and take a photo for a better comparison.

A plastic cheek retractor is placed in your mouth (to hold the lips back), a special activator is applied to the teeth with a thimble applicator, followed by a peroxide-free gel which, with the help of a dental whitening lamp, whitens the teeth by up to 8 shades. The lamp uses blue laser light with a wavelength of 490-530 nanometres. During whitening, your eyes are protected by special glasses.

You make yourself comfortable and 45 minutes of relaxation begin.

After the treatment you need to follow the so-called white diet for 48 hours, avoiding foods and drinks - including nicotine - that leave pigment (e.g. coffee, tea, red wine, coloured drinks, blueberries, spinach, raspberries, strawberries, etc.), as well as acidic foods. Put simply: don't eat or drink anything darker than a peeled apple. Freshly whitened teeth absorb colour pigments very easily.
